It's always a pleasure to get to work with Wilco and their team, and what an honor to get to create the poster for the opening night of the tour! I've had this idea in my head for a while now, and it was fun to bring it to life — even more fun to get to include my own hand in a poster. I liked the idea of being red-handed with an Ace up the sleeve. I'll leave it up to you if this hand of cards was luck or not. There's also a subtle nod to the prolific corn production in Cedar Rapids in the pattern on the back of the card.
