When we were first brainstorming the pieces for the Hero Complex Gallery show, “Driven: The Iconic Cars that Drive Us,” I knew I wanted to work up the Catbus from My Neighbor Totoro. What an insane vehicle! I'm a long-time fan of Miyazaki and everything from Studio Ghibli, so this tribute piece was really special to me. I did my best to make an homage to the original style while rendering it with my take on it.
