Here's my first of two limited edition prints for the latest show from Hero Complex Gallery, “Hughes Your Daddy.” I've always loved Ferris Bueller's Day Off, so I was pumped to have the opportunity to make a piece for it. There are so many ways to go with this film, but with my love for iconography, I can't even think of the movie without Cameron's dad's car coming to mind and the adventures and transformation it caused in the characters.
I couldn't resist replacing the Stallion grill ornament with Ferris shaking things up on the Von Steuben Day Parade float.
